Timeline
Our founder Kelly Rogan took over a SaaS tech company with her partner leading sales, marketing & customer success for the startup in Barcelona opening the U.S. market. She had no previous startup experience or network starting from scratch in a new industry and city.
After discovering the reality of a startup having experienced scarcity, anxiety, social isolation and depression Kelly started WomenAmbition to help other women avoid this lack of wellness.
WomenAmbition ran monthly events in Barcelona and started events in NYC and San Diego with over 500 attendees while building a social community of over 7K female founders.
WomenAmbition focuses on expanding the team & events into Budapest while launching online memberships to expand solutions and impact to women entrepreneurs around the globe.
Due to Covid-19 all cities had to cancel events. Our founder became passionate about sustainability and working with ethical brands growing the agency Ola Impact and working on a new mission for WomenAmbition.
Earth Ambition is born to encompass the true values behind the community of purpose-driven founders and freelancers while maintaining a WomenAmbition sub-group among others to connect with relevant members.
Team
Kelly Rogan, Founder
Kelly joins our central team in Barcelona, Spain although she can be spotted traveling frequently throughout Europe and the U.S. Kelly has spent the last seven years helping international startups grow to their full potential including as Co-owner & VP of Business Development for Social&Loyal. She’s led startup market expansion strategies from ideation to implementation and scale phases.
Kelly is passionate about finding the intersection between technology, business and social impact by empowering women to tap into their true potential. She finds key technologies, human connections and businesses to provide women with the tools they need to go to the next level.
When Kelly isn’t working you’ll find her spending quality time with friends & family (yes, phones off!), playing with her little adopted pup Coque or training for half marathons!
